In 2010, my older brother dragged me along to Muay Thai sessions with him after months of pestering me. The rest is history! Muay Thai is a sport that has pushed me mentally during training sessions, fight camps, and competing in fights. It was a natural progression for me to teach what I love doing. I enjoy coaching 1:1 as it allows me to focus on that person's strengths and accelerate their growth in Muay Thai techniques.

After years of pro fighting and being a Muay Thai trainer, in 2023, I decided to bite the bullet and start my own gym. It is here that I am able to share my knowledge and passion for Muay Thai.

Being able to coach my passion for Muay Thai to people of all walks of life gives me a sense of satisfaction. I enjoy seeing the progression of my clients from one session to the next. I like to ensure that group classes are fun but challenging and have people walking out of their classes feeling a sense of achievement.
