Muay Thai Fundamentals
Anyone new to Muay Thai must attend these classes before Muay Thai for Everyone. The focus of these classes are to show you the basics of Muay Thai technique. We will work on stance, footwork, striking, defense and pad holding so that you can get the best experience out of your future sessions.
Muay Thai for Everyone
These classes are designed for everyone at all levels. Once you have completed the fundamentals classes and feeling more confident with the overall Muay Thai techniques and pad holding, these classes will take you to the next level and without a doubt leave you excited for your next class!
Here we focus on your Muay Thai technique from bag work, pads, drills to improving your endurance and cardio.
Muay Thai Intermediate/Advanced
*Invite Only* This class caters to people who have a good amount of Muay Thai experience and are not afraid to train hard. These classes are designed to challenge you both physically and mentally while further progressing your Muay Thai skills.
Pad Smash
Pad work focused class to put you through your paces. Not for the light hearted, and who are keen to get a good sweat on. These classes are set to give you a great workout as well as improve your technique.
Muay Thai for Women
This class caters to the women looking for a good workout! Inspired by Muay Thai, our workouts will leave you feeling empowered and stronger. A great way to tone up, burn body fat and most of all, leave you wanting more!
Open Gym
Come on in for an open gym, hit the bags, grab your favourite training partner and smash some pads, or get into some sparring. Trainers will be around for you to answer any questions you may have on technique.
Clinching
In this class, you will learn the crucial aspect of clinching. We go over control and balance, grip and hand positioning whilst learning techniques to enable elbows, knees, throws and sweeps.
Sparring
The focus of this class is to improve your skills, techniques and overall performance in a controlled environment. Putting into practice the techniques you have learnt in class. It is crucial you have the correct gear to attend. Shin guards, mouth guard and 16oz gloves. Egos left at the door!
