About Coach

Believe it or not, I used to hate any type of exercise! One day a friend of mine encouraged me to join the gym with her, and from there, we went from spin classes to a women's only kickboxing gym, it was then that I wanted to learn more about Muay Thai. I've been training in Muay Thai since 2016 and I also love my strength & functional training too.

Turning Point

There have been many turning points in my life that have made me who I am today. What my health & fitness journey has taught me is to never give up and to keep pushing through those tough times, because there is always that little bit of energy left in you to get you through. This is why I love training, whether it be Muay Thai or strength, the mental toughness you build for yourself can be applied to everyday life.

Motivation & Passion

Everyone is on their own journey, what I love about being part of someone's fitness journey is no matter what you are going through in your life, the moment you step into my session, it is time for yourself, nothing else matters, it's you against you.
